Panhandling is probably not going away since we live on I-40 at the mid-point between Las Vegas and Phoenix.
Our suggestion to assist panhandlers is to hand them one of our wallet cards guiding them to Cornerstone Mission for assistance.

CAUTIONARY SUGGESTION
Never approach anyone alone. When approaching on foot have a card in your hand, don't take it from your purse or wallet in front of them.
