Cornerstone Community Care Center and Thrift Store Makes a Difference!

Here at Cornerstone Community Care Center and Thrift Store we are blessed to be able to help anyone in need of clothing, bedding, and hygiene products who come through our doors. The feeling is indescribable when providing someone with a warm coat when they're cold, nice clothes to attend church services in, appropriate clothing for a job interview, and shoes when they've walked the soles right out of theirs.

One of my favorite encounters, was when we gave a woman a dress for her baptism. She had been living in her car in need of a blanket when I first met her,..... I'm happy to say she is thriving now with a roof over her head and still comes in to say “hi” or give updates on her success, or just simply to let us know how very thankful she is for how we helped in her time of need.

So many people have fallen on tough times - left with nothing and many with an income are only a paycheck or 2 away from needing help. That is why it's so important to us for people to know that we are here to help and that a place that cares exists here in Kingman. We are so very grateful to our community for making it possible to do this by donating items which allow us to provide the basics for people in need, and most importantly giving hope in what sometimes seems like hopeless times. If you need help, want to donate, or just want to peruse our AWESOME little Thrift Store, we'd LOVE to have you!!! Our hours of operation are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
